Cloud computing is the foundation for many smart city initiatives in China. Dr. Ding and his team in software engineering lab of Zhejiang University are early pioneers of smart city PaaS cloud platforms in China. In this presentation, Dr. Ding will talk about how his team tailored Cloud Foundry in response to the challenges of smart city applications, such as warden network isolation, a universal deployment engine of Cloud Foundry, integration with OpenStack Heat, and multi-port application support.
